After the June competition at the Poznań Trade Fair, the second part of the Drone Power Hackathon Plus took place at the Kąkolewo Airport. The event was opened by Krzysztof Kurowski, Deputy Director of PCSS, along with Dariusz Werschner, the Minister of Infrastructure's Representative for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles. Following the opening, aerial demonstrations of solutions for three challenges posed by the ENEA Energy Group and the City of Poznań were conducted in Kąkolewo's airspace. Companies BZB UAS, ENPROM, and SPARTAQS presented their solutions in flight. After the field demonstrations, participants and invited guests moved to CBPIO in Poznań for presentations of the flight results, workshops, and industry discussions. These sessions focused on identifying the best solutions for the emerging test areas for autonomous technologies. The hybrid event, attended by representatives from the Ministry of Infrastructure, PARP, the Civil Aviation Authority, universities, academic research groups, and small and large businesses, concluded late in the evening with a nighttime tour of PCSS's computing infrastructure.
